JEEMA SMS comes with a set of plug-ins. These plug-in will help the other Joomla components to interact.
This plug-in will synchronize the Joomla members with JEEMA SMS Accounts. Whenever a user registers into Joomla website he/she will be automatically become a valid SMS Account member. The default values like SMS credits, expiry date, etc… can be defined in the parameters of the plug-in.
Installation:You can find the plug-in inside the SMS package. The name of the plug-in would be “plg_jsmsjoomlausraccount.zip”. This plug-in can be installed via Joomla Install / Uninstall Manager.
Parameters:Once the plug-in is installed you can see a set of parameters as below
SMS Credits – Specify the initial number of credits you want to allocate for the new user. By default the value for this field will be zero.
Validity in Days – Specify the number of validity days you need to provide for the specified number of credits. The creation date will be considered as the date of
registration and the expiry date will be calculated based on the number of days given in this field.
SMS Notes – Specify any free text for admin purpose.
Sender Count – Set the number of senders that this user can have. By default the value for this field will be one.
Select SMS API – Select the right SMS API for the newly registered users. The API given here should be a valid SMS API.
SMS Message Prefix – Set this to some value if you need to send some pre defined text as prefix for the SMS.
SMS Message Suffix – Set this to some value of you need to send some pre defined text as suffix for the SMS.
Groups count – This field is used to limit the number of public groups per account. The default value is 0 which is unlimited.
Keywords count – This field is used to limit the number of keywords per account. The default value is 0 which is unlimited.
Note: both the above fields will be well used for advertisement purposes. Also all the values given here can be overridden in the Account level for each member.
Whenever a user is registered inside the
Joomla website, a SMS Account record will be automatically created him.
