Hello, I've only just started using Jeema, and on my first attempt after the setup, my bulksms blast of over 9000 text messages, I discovered that the deductions at the jeema side was far less than what my operator had on their log page.

By their logs I had sent over 10000 units out while Jeema recorded far less.
From the operator's logs; they showed I'd sent out over 10,000 units. How do I solve this problem?

Have you defined the number of credits and credits per SMS correctly?

What the maximum number of characters per credit your SMS provider allows?

Yes I have, I set the credits to 9000 where as I had more than 10,000 on the providers portal.
The Maximum number of characters per message is 160. The text was 146 characters long.

Issue is that the Jeema application allowed the client send more than he was allowed to. Perhaps it didn't count the returned successes correctly. because the messages where sent as comma separated, messages.

You cannot set the credits to 9000.
