I can see the images in ie8 but in firefox it is not showing me the images, when i check the code through fire bug it shows me the image path as

localhost/joomla2//images/stories\articles.jpg

when i manually change the code in firebug to this

localhost/joomla2/images/stories/articles.jpg

it starts showing the image fine, I think there is some bug in script. i am currently working on local machine so i think i cannot share my site with you. please help me its urgent.
