Would it be possible to add specifc times for users to recieve messages? Have this when they are added to the address book. Component seems very promising for my needs and will post good review for you once i have finished.

This is not possible.

We are planning to implement SMS Scheduling in our next version.

While sending SMS you can set the time when to deliver. SMS will get deliver only during that time.

Note: This will work only when your SMS gateway supports Scheduling via HTTP API.
