JEEMA SMS comes with a set of plug-ins.  These plug-in will help the other Joomla components to interact.

CB Plug-in – JEEMA SMS

This plug-in allows the Community Builder members to be stored automatically in the SMS Address book.  Whenever a user is registered using Community Builder registration form, he will be automatically added to the SMS Address book of the specified SMS Account.

Installation

You can find the plug-in in the SMS package.  The name of this plug-n would be “plug_cbplugin-jeemasms.zip “.  This plug-in can be installed via Community Builder Plug-in Manager.

Parameters

Once the plug-in is installed you can see a set of parameters as below


SMS Account ID – Give the SMS account id for which the address has to be stored.  You can get the SMS account id from the “SMS Account”

Address Group – Give the address group id.  You can get the SMS Group id from the “SMS Group”

CB Name Field – Give the variable name of community builder where the member name will be stored.  By default it is “name”.  This value can get from the custom field manager of community builder.

CB Email Field – Give the variable name of community builder where the member email will be stored.  By default it is “email”.  This value can get from the custom field manager of community builder.

CB Mobile Field – Give the variable name of community builder where the mobile number will be stored.  This value can get from the custom field manager of community builder.

Whenever a user is registered using community builder. His name, email and mobile number will be taken from him and it will be stored in the address book defined for the specified SMS account under the SMS Group.

Once the plug-in is installed and configured you can check whether it is installed and configured correctly or not by clicking the “SMS Plug-ins”


The above screen shows whether the plug-in is installed and configured correctly.  If any of the parameter is “not-defined” then that has to be enabled for the plug-in to work properly. 

The button “Sync CB Users” will get all the available community builder members and keep synchronize the SMS Address Book.
