SMS Sender is a place where you can configure the Sender Names (from names) for each SMS Account. This will allow you to create as many number of Sender names (from names) specified in the Sender ID Count while defining the SMS Account.
Remember that each Sender name (from name) given here has to be pre approved by your SMS gate way provider. Setting a Sender name which was not approved by your SMS gate way provider may result in failure to send SMS. This will display as the sender address, which will replace the “from” number that is typically displayed when a message arrives on a mobile.  Field Definitions
User Name – Select the SMS Account name to define the Sender name
Sender Name – Define the Sender name. The sender names should be approved with your SMS gate way provider or your SMS gateway provider should allow dynamic sender names.
Set Default – You can define any one of the Sender name as a default Sender name. The default sender will be applied if any specific sender name is chosen while sending SMS
Published – Set whether the sender name is published and available for member use
